These Terms govern your use of TROPIX. By creating an account or uploading data, you agree to these terms.

What TROPIX is

TROPIX is software-as-a-service that analyzes inventory and sales data you upload and produces operational recommendations. The recommendations cover replenishment, supplier evaluation, markdowns, assortment, demand forecasting, distribution and other modules listed in the product.

Disclaimer

TROPIX provides inventory planning recommendations based on uploaded data. You are responsible for validating recommendations before making purchasing, liquidation, pricing, production, or operational decisions. Outputs are estimates; they do not replace human judgment, accounting, legal advice, or supply-chain expertise.

Your data

You retain ownership of the inventory and sales data you upload. You grant TROPIX the right to process that data to provide the service. You can delete a run, a workspace, or your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details on storage and retention.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't upload data you don't have the right to use, attempt to access another workspace's data, abuse the service to crawl or re-distribute results, or use TROPIX to violate the law.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TROPIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the changelog and emailed to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
