Exporting from QuickBooks Online
Export your item list as a CSV that maps into Tropix automatically.
If your inventory lives in QuickBooks Online, export your Products and Services list and the columns below auto-map on upload.
1. Export your item list
In QuickBooks Online: Sales → Products and services. Click the gear icon above the table and turn on the SKU, Cost, Qty on hand, and Sales Price columns if they aren't already showing. Then use Export (top right) to download as Excel/CSV.

Upload the file as-is on /app/upload — these five map without any manual adjustment.
3. What you still need to add
- Category, supplier, location — not in the standard Products and Services export. If you use QuickBooks Classes or a custom field for these, export that report separately and merge the columns in before uploading; otherwise add them manually.
- Sales history — the Products and Services list shows current qty and cost, not trailing sales. Run a Sales by Product/Service Summary report (Reports) for the last 12 months, then join it to your item export by SKU or Product/Service name before uploading. Tropix needs
total_sales_12mor monthly sales columns in the same row as the SKU.
